Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1444

Hey, hey. Hope you’re doing well. Today I want to give you a little tip about winding down at the end of the day.

Do you ever find that it’d be nice if your lights would just dim automatically, and then perhaps some soft music would come on, do whatever you need to do to help you get ready for your bedtime routine?

Well, you can use Alexa routines to do that.

What you do is you basically set up a routine, and at various times, maybe there’s a particular time where you want to start your winding down routine, you could perhaps have Alexa, play some music.

You can also change your light bulbs to have a warmer type of color.

If you want you could continue that until it is pitch black, and that’s when you just drift off to sleep

Winding Down Routines

More of a yellow or orange type color. You can also change the brightness setting in the routine so that it dims.

And then perhaps maybe 10 minutes later, it changes again to dim a little bit more. So it can gradually get darker and darker.

If you want you could continue that until it is pitch black, and that’s when you just drift off to sleep. So get creative with that.

There’s lots that you can do with your evening winding down routines, specifically with Alexa routines.

Hope you find that helpful. Sweet dreams. Talk to you tomorrow.
