Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1246
Hey, Teri, here it is Sunday and it’s time to answer a question from the community.
This one’s from David Hatter in the Facebook group, if you’re not part of the Facebook group, come join us VoiceinCanada.ca/Community that’ll take you right there.
David says, “Yesterday, I opened my Alexa app on my iPhone and was greeted with a message whoops, something went wrong and the same thing today. None of my devices or routines are showing in the app, but devices seem to be working with voice commands, what’s going on, and how do I fix it?”
basically, delete the app and reinstall,
Well, Pete, thank you again to you for stepping in here, this is a very, very quick answer, not really sure what’s going on there, David, but Pete suggest a fix and it did work.
He said, basically, delete the app and reinstall, so there is some kind of glitch with the app, deleting it, reset it and brought it back to life.
So there you go, thanks, Pete I hope that’s helpful, David, and hope you’re all having a great rest of your weekend.
