Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #443

Hello, hello. Happy Tuesday. Today is podcast day. If you’ve been following along, you know that on Tuesdays the Alexa in Canada Podcast comes out. And today, I’ve got a really cool one if you are looking for some new skills to try.

I don’t know if you know, but there is a set of awards called the Webby Awards, which recognizes great products and services on the web, and this year, they actually included a new category that recognizes voice as a prominent technology.

There were actually 23 different Alexa skill nominations for the Webby Awards, and just recently, the winners were announced.

Webby Winning Alexa Skills

So on today’s podcast, I take you through the different winners, and I highlight for you, in particular, the ones that are available in Canada. So if you were interested in learning about some new skills that are available in Canada, then I highly suggest that you check out the podcast today.

Very simple. You just go to AlexainCanada.ca/76 and you can listen to it right there. As always, I’d love to hear your feedback if you’ve tried these skills, or if you have some other ones that you think are just so incredible, they should have been nominated.

Please let me know. I’d love to hear about that through Twitter. You can always hit me up @DrTeriFisher. Talk to you later.
