Hey there, happy Sunday, it’s Teri here with your flash briefing for today.

And as we’d like to do on Sundays, this is a day to answer questions from the community.

Here is the question, this one is from Jamie Wishart and Jamie says that she’s interested in changing her devices to the American Amazon account.

Presumably that is to have more access to the American features, but she’s having trouble finding how to get that to work, so where are the instructions for that.

And she says she does listen to this Voice in Canada flash briefing, but she wasn’t sure where the reference was when I speak about one of these features.

So this particular feature, Jamie, is actually available, at least the instructions on how to change your account setting.

This is available on the website VoiceinCanada.ca and then what you do is you click on the Learn menu item at the top.

And underneath that you will see FAQ and when you click on FAQ, that then takes you to a list of some of the most common questions.

And this question that you’re asking is one of the most common questions.

And so when you go there, if you scroll down, you’ll see it talks about how you change your account from Amazon.ca to Amazon.com and we also have the reverse answer there as well from Amazon.com to Amazon.ca.
