Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1439

Hey there. Teri here. As we start to maybe venture out a little bit more from our homes with this whole COVID thing, some of you may be thinking about going to see movies.

And if you are not aware, you can use Alexa to help you find movies near you, and the showtimes of the movies.

For example, these are some of the commands that you can say to Alexa, you can simply say, “Alexa, what movies are playing nearby?”

Or you could find out more information about a movie.

If you are not aware, you can use Alexa to help you find movies near you

Movie Showtimes

You could say, “Alexa, what is the movie…” and put in the title of the movie of your choice. So what is that movie about? You can simply ask that.

So, those are just some very brief examples of what you can do. But it’s a lot easier than pulling up your computer, typing in the search bar, typing in the movie title, etc.

Just do it by voice. That’s the whole point. Right? So, I hope that’s helpful to you. I hope you enjoy a good movie.

And, of course, I’ll be back again tomorrow. Take care
