Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1247

Hey, hey Teri, here it is Monday and I have been diving into some more of the functionality of the Alexa app and doing so I actually discovered some more functionality of Alexa herself.

And with regards to reminders, you may know that you can set reminders by just simply saying that set a reminder for whatever and than Alexa will ask yo when.

You can actually set reminders now for monthly and yearly recurring events.

I think it’s a really, really great function and hopefully it’ll help us to not forget

Monthly and Annual Reminders

So for example, you could say, “Alexa, remind me to pay my rent on the first of every month”, and she will do that or you could say, “Alexa, remind me my anniversary is {fill in the blank}”, you know, on a yearly basis, and she can do that as well.

So have some fun with the reminders, I think it’s a really, really great function and hopefully it’ll help us to not forget as many of those crucial dates, right?

Alright, have a great day, talk to you soon.
