There’s a company based out of Silicon Valley, and they are called Lucid Motors.
What are they? Well, I think of them now what I’ve learned about them as a competitor to Tesla.
They are producing what is known as Lucid Air Cars, that’s their model that they have just revealed Lucid Air.
And this car apparently has a reported range of over 800 kilometers on a single charge and it can charge about 400 kilometers in about 20 minutes.
Now, why am I telling you all this? This is being released for pre-order, and it is one of the most luxurious electric cars now known, it’s this brand new make.
And what’s very interesting is that of everything that they have put into the technology and the stats that I am reading about this and it’s very impressive looking.
They have chosen to include Alexa in the car, which goes to show just how pervasive now this technology is and specifically, Amazon Alexa.

In the article that I read, I did not say anything else about any other voice systems all I had was Alexa.
But I find it fascinating that this brand new company with this car that is coming out that looks extremely impressive, is choosing to include Alexa as their voice assistant.
And that is one of the features that they noted in this article about it.
The other thing that I will just mention when looking at the pictures of this car, is it looks like you are stepping into this open-air experience because if you imagine your windshield goes up and is continuous with the roof.
So there Very few seams in the car, it’s just like one giant window above you very, very cool.
So you can actually preorder this now we can as Canadians, it’s requires a $1,300 deposit via the company’s website, or if you want their limited dream edition, t’s a $9,800 deposit.
And the prices have not yet been announced, but in the US, they start at under 80,000 and they go up to $169,000.
So, there you go, if you want a very impressive looking electric car with tremendous range, the ability to charge extremely quickly, and Alexa on board with you at all times, then you might want to check it out.
