Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1184
Hey, hey Teri here with your flash briefing for Monday, we’re going to talk a little bit about lists today but before we get to that, I do want to just give a shout out to the sponsors of The Voice Den session 13, which is happening this week.
If you haven’t joined us before, I encourage you to do so we’re gonna have five voicefluencers join us, you’re gonna get a chance to sit in the hot seat so to speak, you don’t have to if you don’t want to, but get to ask questions of some of our special guests.
The session is sponsored by Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant and thanks to them this session is free you just go to TheVoiceDen.com for your ticket, well, to reserve your spot.
Entirely free and also following this, we’re going to be having our second augmented reality after party in the augmented reality Voice Den, so I hope you’ll join us for that.
there’s so many things we could be using Lists for besides grocery shopping,
Now, I want to give you a little tip about lists and here’s the thing, I realized I am not using lists to the best of their ability, because, as you may know, I’ve been very active on Clubhouse and I was sitting in Clubhouse in a conversation and some people were coming up with some great ideas for topics for some of the sessions.
And I was writing down these topics and I realized I’ve got multiple pieces of paper all over my desk with different topics and then somebody suggested it was actually Mike Novak, who suggested, why don’t you just use Alexa and da why didn’t I think of that before?
So that’s what I did, I said Alexa new list, Alexa asked me for the name of the list, I told her topics and then I said Alexa, add whatever the topic was to the topics list and there we go.
And now whenever I need a new topic, it is right there, so it just goes to show, I mean, there’s so many things we could be using Lists for besides grocery shopping, could be books, could be movies, you want to see all this sort of stuff.
So I’d love to hear how do you use lists, hit me up on Twitter, DrTeriFisher, talk to you again tomorrow.
