Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #859

Alright, it’s Teri here with your flash briefing for what’s today, Friday June 26 and here’s another quick tip for you.

This one is all about how you pair your phone or another Bluetooth device to your Echo device. Why would you want to do that?

Well, if you want to be able to have Alexa come out over that Bluetooth device, or if you want to be able to make some phone calls with Alexa through your phone using it as a speakerphone, there are a number of different reasons.

Once that initial pairing is complete, then those Bluetooth devices will automatically reconnect.

How to Pair Bluetooth Devices with Alexa

It’s very simple, this is how you do it again, you use the app and you open the Alexa app, you select devices, you then select Echo and Alexa.

You then select the particular device that you want to pair and then you select Bluetooth devices and finally pair a new device.

Now the next time, then you want to connect or enable your Bluetooth on your phone or your speaker, you can simply say pair Bluetooth.

And once that initial pairing is complete, then those Bluetooth devices will automatically reconnect when they are in range.

So pretty simple, pretty good little function there that you can use and I hope you find that very helpful.

Have a wonderful day, I’ll talk to you again tomorrow, take care.

Listen on your Echo Device! Easy as 1-2-3!
