Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #288
Hey there, it’s Monday, and for those of you that celebrate, you know what holiday is today; Hanukkah. So Happy Hanukkah to those of you that celebrate. Alexa is getting in the spirit as well and I want to tell you a couple of different questions and commands that you can say to Alexa and she will help celebrate with you. You can ask her for Hanukkah jokes for one, and she’s actually got quite a few different Hanukkah jokes.
So go ahead and have some fun with that. You can ask her, “Alexa, what do you want for Hanukkah?” You can say, “Do you celebrate Hanukkah?”, “What is Hanukkah?” And, this one, in particular, is pretty cool. You can ask Alexa to sing you a Hanukkah song.
And here’s the Canadian content for Voice in Canada for today. When you do that, interestingly, it’s not just Alexa singing a song, it actually connects to Amazon music, and, it plays for you a variety of songs by the Bare Naked Ladies, Canadian, that are Hanukkah songs.
So, it’s pretty cool. So, there you go. Anyway, something fun to enjoy your holiday, and, in the spirit of cheer and giving and being thankful, I want to let you know that I received another review. The person who left it, the name was Amazon Fan, so I don’t know who to actually thank personally.
You can ask her for Hanukkah jokes for one, and she’s actually got quite a few different Hanukkah jokes.
Otherwise, I’d give you a personal shout-out, but this person left a review on the Amazon skill store for this flash briefing, and this person gave the flash briefing five stars and wrote lots of Alexa to learn, laughs too; “There is so much info to learn about Alexa and Teri shares so much of it in bits and pieces that are easy to follow or have Alexa repeat.
It’s also presented in a friendly, amusing fashion. My sister in the states is jealous.” Well, there we go. Thanks so much for that review. I really appreciate that. And for the sister in the states. Yes, you can still use the flash briefing.
Yes, it’s Voice in Canada, but we have lots and lots of listeners in the United States as well. So thank you so much for that. And if you are inclined to leave a review, please go to VoiceinCanada.ca and right in the middle of the page you will see a red button.
You just click on that and it is that simple. Have a great day. Happy Hanukkah.
