Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1226
Hey, hey Teri here, as you know, I’m a big fan of routines when it comes to Alexa and over the past week or so, I’ve been highlighting some of the featured routines that are in the Alexa app.
Well, today I want to talk about the last featured routine that is available at least in the Canada Alexa app and this one’s called Good morning.
So what you do is you go into your Alexa app, you click on the bottom right corner icon which says More you click on routines and at the top, you’ll see where it says featured you click on that, and then you have the option of clicking on Good Morning.
This featured routine is set up to have Alexa say a random phrase from her Good Morning welcoming repertoire of sayings, and she does have quite a few.
you can customize this, you can add other things, but it’s a great way to get started, particularly if you’re new with routines
And then it’ll automatically start to play the news from your flash briefing and all you do for that routine is just say, “Alexa, good morning”, and that kicks it off.
Now of course you can customize this, you can add other things, but it’s a great way to get started, particularly if you’re new with routines and you just want to get a sense of what they’re all about, try it out.
So you go into that setting as I described, and then you’re gonna click Enable the top right and you’re good to go.
