He is a really bright guy and he has a PhD in Audiology, and we talk about how he got into voice, and how he has created a website all about trends in voice technology, and looking at ratings on the Amazon marketplace, looking at comments, and using this data in a very user friendly way, to then identify not only the trends, but also the opportunities in voice.
