Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1072

Hey, hey Teri here with your flash briefing for Monday and today I want to give you a couple of little tips on how you can control the way Alexa speaks.

If you find that Alexa is speaking too quietly or too quickly or too loudly or too slowly, well there are key commands that you can use to adjust this.

Now, obviously, you can say, “Alexa, increase volume, decrease volume”, but hey, what’s the fun in that?

You can actually say, “Alexa, speak louder”, or “Alexa speak softer”, you can also say, “Alexa, return to your default volume”, okay?

tips on how you can control the way Alexa speaks.

Control Alexa's Voice

Now this part is the interesting part, if you find that she speaks too fast or too slow, you can actually tell her, “Alexa, speak more quickly or speak faster”, and Alexa speak slower and she can do that.

And you can also say, “Alexa returned to default speaking speed”.

So there you go, try those out see what you think, sometimes I’m a little impatient, then I want her to speak faster, and I just can do it by voice.

So have fun with that, it’s a big week this week, we’ve got a couple of really important and fun events coming up.

So I’ll be telling you a little bit more about those tomorrow and Wednesday as well.

Just a little sneak preview, it is The Voice Den and we’ve got a little surprise as well, talk to you then.
