Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1370

Hello there. Teri here. Happy Friday. I’ve got a really fun function that you can use with your Alexa device.

If you have ever been wondering if you can change the sound of her voice as a default sound, you can now do that. It’s really, really simple.

All you do is simply say, “Alexa, change your voice.” What you will notice is that she will then respond in a much deeper male-sounding voice.

So, what this says about Alexa’s gender, I don’t know. I’ll let you make your own decisions about that.

But it is actually pretty cool that you can have this option if you want to change the sound of the voice.

Obviously, if you then say the second time, “Alexa, change your voice,” she will go back to the voice that we are all very familiar with.

So, give it a try just to hear the different voices. Try it out, see what you think, and then you can settle on whichever voice you prefer. Alright?

2. Click on “Add Content” and search for “Voice in Canada”.
