Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #797

Hello there, hope you’re doing well Teri Fisher here and it’s Saturday and hope you’re off to a good weekend.

Let’s talk about some commands as I like to do on Saturdays, commands that you can say to Alexa.

I’ve got a couple of different ones where you can ask her to tell you various types of information here.

So let’s start this off, the first one is simply just saying, “Alexa, tell me a story”.

So if you’re bored, get her to be a storyteller and she does a great job with sound effects and all that sort of stuff.

So if you’re bored, get her to be a storyteller.

Amazon Alexa Commands 96

Number two, and I think this one’s really, really good right now with what’s going on in the world.

Just simply say, “Alexa, tell me some good news” and she tells you some really great heartwarming stories, so that’s another one, tell me some good news.

And the final one is if you’re looking to increase your vocabulary, this is a nice one, you simply say, “Alexa, what’s the word of the day?”

And it gives you a new word, it gives you a definition, it uses it in a sentence.

So it’s a way for you to increase your vocabulary, alright? Have fun with those, hope you’re having a wonderful weekend and I will talk to you tomorrow.

Take care, be well.
