Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1335
Hello. Teri here. Happy Friday. Hope you’re doing well. Today I want to give you a little tip about the Alexa app on your phone.
If you don’t know this, there is a wealth of knowledge in the app. And it’s really really easy to find.
When you go to the little question mark icon which is on the top right of the home screen of the Alexa app, you’ll notice that you basically have entered the “Help and Feedback” section.
And, I mean, there’s so much here. I encourage you to explore.
But the one that I wanted to just bring up, in particular, is when you click on the Alexa settings, you then have the option of clicking on Alexa preferences.
And now, you can click on Alexa privacy settings and you can have all the functions right there for you that’ll tell you how to control the privacy functions.
You can click on Alexa privacy settings and you can have all the functions right there for you
Everything from reviewing your voice history, deleting some or all of your voice history, how to ask Alexa to delete the voice history by using your voice, or how to get Alexa to tell you why she did something if you’re not sure why she responded in a particular way.
You can even get Alexa to read back your most recent request. So there’s lots and lots to explore there. And that’s just under the Alexa privacy settings.
And there are obviously many more tabs you can turn to learn more about it. So, I wanted to bring that to your attention.
In case you’re not aware of that, have a look at that. There’s a lot of valuable information as I said. And, hope it’s helpful to you. Okay?
Hope your week is ending well and you’re ready for the weekend. I’ll be back tomorrow to chat with you about some fun commands for Alexa.
Alright. Talk to you then. Bye-bye
