Hey there, hope you’re having a great start to your week. Today, I want to tell you a little bit about one of the other latest products that Amazon recently announced. And this is now the least expensive way to get Alexa into your home.
Amazon announced the product known as the Echo Flex. And, this is a pretty smart product as far as I’m concerned.
It is basically an Echo device that is built into a plug. So literally you plug it into an outlet on your wall, and there’s a small rectangular box that sits there, hangs down from the plug.
This has Alexa built in, and it’s a way for us to get Alexa into multiple places at the least expensive costs now.
So maybe you have a hallway where you want to have Alexa, or in your garage, or something like that.
One of the really interesting features of this particular product, is that there’s a USB port at the bottom.
So, first of all, you can actually use that to charge things, like you can charge your phone.
So if you need a phone charger, you may want to actually consider getting this, because then you get Alexa built in.
But, as well, there are options, additional accessories that you can choose to purchase, that plug into that USB port.
This is now the least expensive way to get Alexa into your home.
Things like, a nightlight. So this will be great again for a hallway or a bathroom. Or, a motion sensor, which then, of course, can help to trigger things like, if you’re walking down the hall, the motion sensor will detect that, and then a smart light perhaps could go on.
So, this is a really interesting product. It allows a lot of functionality. The cost of it is $34.99. It’s going to be released November 14th, 2019. And currently, at the time of the recording, Amazon has a deal on these.

1. Open your Alexa app and click on the Menu button > Settings > Flash Briefing.
2. Click on “Add Content” and search for “Voice in Canada”.
3. Click on “Voice in Canada” and the Enable button.
