Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #491

Alright. Well, here is some news for you if you enjoy using your Alexa device to read, particularly Kindle books because Amazon has just launched a pretty new feature, and this is known as Prime Reading.

If you are a Prime member, you get access to Prime Reading for no additional cost. So what is it? Well, here’s a quote from Amazon, “Prime members can now enjoy unlimited reading from a rotating selection of books, comics, and more at no additional cost.”

So, if you use your Alexa device to listen to Kindle books, get them read to you, and you are a Prime member, you now get, as it says, “A rotating selection of books for free that you can use with your Alexa device.” Pretty cool.

They do give some examples, things… everything from Harry Potter, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Lonely Planet Guides, Award-winning comic books, so there’s tons of stuff, and it sounds like it’s going to rotate from the sound of it.
