Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #380

Hello and welcome to today’s flash briefing. It’s Tuesday and you know what that means. It is podcast day, and today I have a special podcast, at least I think it’s special. I hope you’ll think it’s special.

It’s a solo show. It’s just me and I am speaking about what it has been like to create a flash briefing consistently for over a year. And, I’m calling this podcast episode, “Lessons learned after one year of flash briefings”

And I go through some of the pros, some of the cons of creating a flash briefing. As you know, if you’ve been following me and what we’ve been doing here on the community for a while, you know that I’m very excited about flash briefings.

And, it’s an opportunity for me to really be transparent with you and let you know about some of the statistics, some of the things that have gone on as a result of having a flash briefing, some of the challenges of having a flash briefing, and essentially, letting you know what it is like if you want to go ahead and produce such content.

So, I hope you’ll tune in. It’s going to be full of facts and tips and tricks and you can access it at AlexainCanada.ca/68.

You know that I’m very excited about flash briefings.

One Year of Alexa Flash Briefings

And the other thing I want to mention, as I always do, when someone leaves me a review for the flash briefing, I’m only too delighted to give them a shout-out and to acknowledge the effort that they put into doing that.

And, today’s acknowledgment shout-out goes to Carol deBellefeuille, and if you listen to the flash briefing on Sunday, you’ll know that I answered Carol’s question about how to go about creating a playlist.

And so she responded to that in this review, and she gave it five stars, and she said, “Teri, thanks for your very informative answer. I’m going to start compiling my dancing list.

I do have Amazon Prime, so it should be simple to do” So Carol, thanks. It’s kind of neat. We’ve had a dialogue through email, through the flash briefing, and now through the review. So, very neat.

Anyway, Carol, I’m glad it was helpful and thank you for your review. Again, check out the podcast episode today, AlexainCanada.ca/68 and I will speak to you very soon. Take care. Bye. Bye.
