Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1334
Well, hello. It is Thursday. It’s Teri here. And I’ve got some very, very exciting news for you today.
A new product to announce that has been in the United States for some time now, and it is finally available here in Canada for pre-order to be released on October 21st.
Just in a couple of weeks. What is this product that we’re talking about? It’s the Echo Buds (The 2nd generation wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation and Alexa built-in)
So, I know a lot of people have been asking me about this. They are finally here in Canada.
They come in black, they come in white, and they can either come with a wired charging case or a wireless charging case.
Let me tell you the pricing and just get that out of the way, and I’ll tell you a little bit more about the features of this.
So if you want to get the wired charging case in either black or white, it is $154.99, or you can choose to pay in five monthly payments of $31.
If you want to get the wireless charging case, then you’re looking at $179.99. So, you’re looking at going from $155 essentially, to $180 to get the wireless case.
So, what do these buds have? Well, they have premium speakers for one. So the sound is excellent. They’re obviously very compact.
They work with Alexa, which is the most relevant, I think, to this flash briefing. What’s also interesting is that these buds work with other assistants.
So it’s compatible with iOS and supports Siri, and it’s also compatible with Android.
They can either come with a wired charging case, or a wireless charging case
So it supports Google Assistant, which is quite interesting as well. What does this mean?
It means that you can leave your phone in your pocket, and you can just use your voice to make calls by talking to the assistant of your choice.
And of course, controlling so many other functions with just your voice. Now, it’s very interesting.
If you go to the Echo Buds page, and by the way, if you want to use my affiliate link, thanks very much for doing so.
You just go to VoiceinCanada.ca/EchoBuds. And if you scroll down, it actually compares the Echo Buds to other companies’ flagship earbuds if you will.
So, it compares the Echo Buds to Apple AirPods Pro, to the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, to the regular Apple Airpods, as well as to the Bose Sport Earbuds.
And you can actually see in a table the different features and which of these support the various features. So, I won’t get into all that now.
It is quite interesting to see that. Obviously, this is marketing from Amazon, so, you know, when you go to the table, obviously the Echo Buds are going to be shown to have all these features.
But it is interesting to see the types of things that are highlighted and the differentiation between the different companies. So, there you go.
This is available for pre-order right now. They will actually be released on October 21st.
And again, my affiliate link, it’ll take you straight to that product page is VoiceinCanada.ca/EchoBuds.
Alright? So, good news for us Canadians. And, let me know if you get a pair. Alright? Take care.
