Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #1322

Hello. Teri here. Happy Saturday. I hope your weekend is off to a great start. If you enjoy listening to music on your Echo device as so many of us do.

You may or may not know that there’s actually an equalizer that you can use with Alexa.

And being as it’s Saturday, I wanted to give you a couple of tips on how you can actually adjust that equalizer.

There is a bass, mid, and treble setting that you can adjust. And the easiest way to do this, is, of course, to do it through your voice.

So you can say, for example, ’’Alexa, increase the bass’’ or ’’Alexa, decrease the treble,’’ etc. And you can do that multiple times.

There’s actually an equalizer that you can use with Alexa

And, depending on what device you’re doing this on.

If you’re doing it on a device with a screen, you can actually then see where the sliders are on the equalizer, and of course, you can adjust them by pressing the slider with your finger and sliding those to where you want them.

Now, if you want to then reset the equalizer, you can simply say that, ’’Alexa, reset the equalizer’’ and she will show you the equalizer that’s been reset, and she will also give you a prompt to say that she has reset the equalizer.

So there you go. You can play around with that and see how it changes the way that the music is played on your device.

Happy Saturday and we’ll talk again tomorrow. Take care
