Hello, hello Teri here, ever wish you could just walk into a room and have your lights turn on? But you can actually do that using the Echo devices, specifically, what you do is you use an Echo Flex.
And if you’re not familiar with the Echo Flex, Echo Flex is the smallest of the Echo devices that plugs directly into a socket and sort of lives there hanging on to the wall in the socket.
Now the key thing is, if you have the Echo Flex, you can then get motion detectors that plug directly into the Echo Flex and that’s what really unlocks the opportunity if you do a number of different things.
But essentially, once you’ve got the motion detector plugged into Echo Flex, now you can set up routines through the Echo Flex, that will turn on a particular light when it senses motion.

So what do you do? You set that up in a particular room where you don’t want to have to worry about turning on lights, you walk in the room, it senses the motion, and now voila, you’ve got your lights on, so that’s what you can do.
