Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #951
Hey there, Teri here with your flash briefing for Saturday.
Saturday is the day where we can cover some commands, so let’s get right to it.
I’ve got two, probably more practical ones for you today and then I’ve got one that is kind of fun, kind of funny.
So the two practical ones are, first of all, “Alexa, tell me about the new Echo devices” because as I just recently mentioned yesterday, there was a big event this week.
And if you say that Alexa can actually start to tell you about some of the new devices, and then she could prompt you to go on with other commands if you want to learn more about a specific device.
And the other thing that you can say is, “Alexa, review my privacy settings”, and she tells you an easy way to look at your privacy settings.
I’ve got a new thing that I’m launching
And when you do that, she actually sends you a link directly to your Alexa app, where you can have easy access to your privacy settings as well.
So there you go, those are two more practical things that you can say.
And the other one, which is actually pretty funny, I got a kick out of this one, I liked it, I thought it’s cute.
You can say this, “Alexa, pretend to be a superhero,” and you can see what she says, so anyway that’s a fun one.

Listen on your Echo Device! Easy as 1-2-3!
1. Open your Alexa app and click on the Menu button > Settings > Flash Briefing.
2. Click on “Add Content” and search for “Voice in Canada”.
3. Click on “Voice in Canada” and the Enable button.
