Hey, hey Teri here with your flash briefing for Saturday and today, let’s talk about some things that you can say to Alexa.
And given the fact that the Olympics have just started, I thought we’d do a couple of things that you can say to Alexa that have an Olympic theme.
And one of the interesting things actually, I just discovered when I was trying this out is when you ask Alexa, some questions about the Olympics, she still refers to the Olympics as the 2020 Summer Olympics, which is kind of interesting.
But nevertheless, what I found is if you specify 2021 Olympics, whenever you ask these questions, I think it actually makes more sense as far as Alexa’s responses.
Anyway, some of the things that you can ask, you can say, “Alexa, what is the 2021 Olympic medal count?”
for your Olympic updates, I would specify 2021 to make things a little more clear
You can also say, “Alexa, give me an Olympic update”, and again, I think if you say 2021, it may be more accurate, it might be the same.
You’ll have to experiment a little bit with that, because sometimes when I’ve asked this question, Alexa responds with, you know, based on the 2020 Summer Olympics, which obviously doesn’t quite fit.
So nevertheless, I’m kind of talking in circles here, the point is, you could ask Alexa, for your Olympic updates, I would specify 2021 to make things a little more clear, and so that you get the answer that you’re looking for, alright?
